Exclusive Living in Mahmutlar: Olympia Garden
Completed in 2018 by Olympia Construction and delivered to its owners, Olympia Garden is located in one of Alanya’s most prestigious areas, Mahmutlar, parcel 401/9. Consisting of two blocks and a total of 110 apartments, the project is situated just 200 meters from the sea, offering residents the comfort of a five-star hotel within the privacy of their own homes.
Olympia Garden features a wide range of social amenities including an outdoor swimming pool, adult slide pool, children’s slide pool, kids’ pool, indoor pool, Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, massage room, fitness center, cinema room, children’s playroom, playground, café, lobby, barbecue area, sunbathing pavilions, and open parking.
