Olympia Construction is proud to present its first project in Northern Cyprus, Olympia Seaside, located in Lefke Gaziveren. Following our successful journey in Alanya, this project aims to enhance quality of life and offer premium living standards. Lefke is a historic and naturally rich region, recognized as a Cittaslow city, hosting seasonal festivals for strawberries, oranges, and grapes. The region combines Mediterranean charm with unique experiences, such as the Trodos ski center and CMC golf course, and is also home to three universities.
Olympia Seaside is built on 8,600 m² and consists of 4 blocks with 336 apartments, including 1+0, 1+1, 2+1, and 3+1 layouts. Social amenities include outdoor and indoor swimming pools, children’s pools and slides, Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, fitness center, indoor and outdoor cinema, children’s playgrounds, adult recreation areas, multi-courts, poolside bar, barbecue areas, massage rooms, office and library, management office, and landscaped seating areas.
The technical infrastructure is designed for high-quality and comfortable living. Each block has elevators, generators, water tanks, satellite systems, Wi-Fi, outdoor AC units, electrical and plumbing service areas, and waste disposal. Each apartment is equipped with AC infrastructure, instant water heaters, spot lighting, secure electrical outlets, ceramic and parquet flooring, washable antibacterial wall paint, decorative false ceilings, double-glass thermal and acoustic insulation windows, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, premium sanitary fixtures, high-security glass railings, and wooden interior doors.
Security features include emergency gathering points, fire exits and doors, CCTV systems, steel doors, video intercom, residual current devices (RCD) for each apartment, child-proof sockets, perimeter security walls, controlled access, balcony landscaping, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
