How to Get a Residence Permit in Cyprus?

If you are thinking of making a real estate investment in Cyprus, your job is quite easy. A residence permit is obtained for the first year after the title deed transfer, it can be renewed in other years, and after the third year you will have an indefinite residence permit. If you are 65 years or older, you have the right to obtain an indefinite residence permit.

• 01 Passport and its photocopy.
• 02 Original title deed and its photocopy.
• 03 In case of a real estate purchase based on a sales contract (if there is no title deed), the original of the sales contract.
• 04 Residence Certificate obtained from your place of residence.
• 05 Bank account book showing that you have enough money without working in TRNC.
• 07 2 passport photos and 6 stamps
